What We Do

SAVVY has extensive experience with injection moulding operations and related secondary operations.

As a one-stop solution provider for our customer, SAVVY offers secondary process operations such as tampo printing, heat stacking, ultrasonic welding, silkscreen and assembly line.

Plastic Injection Moulding
is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mould
Ultrasonic Welding
whereby high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations are locally applied to workpieces being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld
Tampo Printing / Pad Printing
Pad printing (also called tampography) is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object
Silkscreen
Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate
Heat / Thermoplastic Staking
Heat staking is a method of joining two or more parts where at least one of the parts is made out of plastic
Assembly Line
Mechanically moving the parts to assembly work so that the finished product can be assembled faster with less labour
